Pork meat rolls in red wine

How about trying to prepare the pork meat rolls with red wine? With carrots and tomatoes to accompany the meat, it should taste very good. The addition of herbs should flavor it nicely.

Ingredients

 6 pork meat rolls
 2 sliced onions
 1 sliced shallot
 1 package of bacon
 3 carrots in rings
 1 bouquet garnished
 ½ red wine
 1 l can of crushed tomatoes
 2 tbsp cornstarch
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the meat rolls in a drizzle of olive oil for 5 minutes

Remove and set aside

Add the onions, shallot, bacon, and carrots

Let brown together 8min

Add the tomato, red wine, bouquet garnished

Salt, pepper

Add the meat rolls

Take a little liquid and dilute 2 tbsp of cornstarch

Put the mixture in the tank

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 20min

Serve with white rice
