This is another pork ribs recipe in an Asian fashion. The preparation calls for a lot of tasty spices, sugar and soy sauce. After being fried, it will be cooked in orange juice. A few vegetables will join in the pot.

 800 g pork ribs, cut into rectangles
 4 tbsp rice vinegar
 3 tbsp soy sauce
 4 tbsp peanut oil
 2 sliced spring onions
 1 green bell pepper, sliced
 Pepper
 1 tbsp sugar
 1.50 tbsp of fresh ginger
 100 ml orange juice

Pour the oil into the bowl

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Fry the pork ribs on all sides for 10min

Add the onions and peppers

Stop browning

Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, orange juice, and ginger

Pepper

Pressurized cooking 20min

Cover the ribs with the sauce

Serve with white rice
