The following recipe is a pork roast cooked with a package of onion soup. Bacon and mushrooms will join in the preparation. The sauce with the addition of cream should taste really good.

Put the instant pot in browning mode
Brown the roast on all sides
Remove it from the pan
Instead, brown the bacon and onions
Add the mushrooms
Deglaze with white wine
Add the veal stock
Add the bag of onion soup
Put the roast back
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 38min (for a roast of 700g)
At the end of cooking, remove the roast (leave the sauce and filling in the pan)
Pass the instant pot in browning mode
Add the diluted cornstarch and fresh cream
Stir regularly until the sauce thickens
