Pork roast can be presented in many ways with different ingredients. It will always have a unique taste depending on how it's done. Here is a pork roast with a mustard sauce.

Ingredients

 1 Roast pork 1kg
 Bacon
 200 ml white wine
 100 ml water
 Mustard
 Mushrooms
 6 large potatoes cut into large pieces
 Fresh cream

Directions

Set the instant pot to browning mode

Fry the onion and bacon

Deglaze with white wine

Add water, mustard, salt, pepper, and roast

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 30min

Add the mushrooms and potatoes

Return to pressure cooking 10min

At the end of cooking, add the fresh cream

If you want a thicker sauce, add cornstarch
