Pork roast with yellow plumps (Mirabelle)

For that recipe, you can use some yellow plumps when is the season or some frozen one. The plumps call Mirabelle is a special little plump very sweet with a specific taste. It should give the pork a good flavor.

Ingredients

 1 pork roast of 1kg
 300 g of pitted mirabelles
 1 minced onion
 1 minced shallot
 2 cups of white wine
 1 cup of roasted juice
 100 ml of water

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown roast on all sides

Take it out and reserve

Fry the onion and shallot

Add the white wine

Add the roast

Add the water and the bouillon

Put the Mirabelles on top

Switch the instant pot to quick cooking 40min

You can add a little Mirabelle liqueur before cooking under pressure
