You may be interested in trying that recipe of Portuguese potful. Instead of white cabbages, the preparation uses red cabbages and of course some Port wine. Sausages, raisins, tomatoes and a few more ingredients will join into the recipe.

Fry the sausages without pricking them
Remove them and set aside

Put back in quick cooking 10min
