Every country will have a particular way to present tripe. In that case, the preparation is in a Portuguese style. Sausages and beans will be added to the dish.
Ingredients
1 kg of tripe
200 g of chorizo in rings
1 can of red bean
1 onion, minced
1 clove of crushed garlic
1 lemon juice
1 small can of tomato paste
200 ml of white wine
Salt, pepper
Directions
Put the instant pot in browning mode
Brown the onion and garlic
Add the rest of the ingredients
Cover up to half with water
Cook under pressure 1h
