Potatoes in a raclette style

Here is an interesting recipe of potatoes in a gratin style. A layer of potatoes will be followed by a layer of lunch meat and a layer of cheese and a little cream. It will give a delicious dish.

Ingredients

 1.50 kg potatoes
 2 onions, minced
 2 package of bacon cubes
 6 slices of bacon
 6 slices of sausage
 3 slices of ham
 2 packages of raclette cheese
 A little fresh cream

Directions

Put the potatoes in the steam basket with 200ml of water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10min

At the end of cooking, take out the potatoes and reserve

Empty the instant pot and switch to browning mode

Brown the onions, bacon, and sausages in the tank

Empty the tank

At the bottom of the bowl, put a layer of potatoes, a layer of cold cuts and bacon, a layer of cheese, a layer of potatoes, the last layer being of cheese

Finish with a little fresh cream

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 3min
