Herbs can really enhance a dish. It's incredible what a few herbs can do! Everybody should have a few pots of herbs around the house. The following recipe consists of potatoes with a mixed up of herbs.
Ingredients
1 kg of potatoes for gratin cut into slices
Provence herbs
1 clove of garlic crushed
20 g of butter
1 beef bouilllon
500 ml of liquid fresh cream
Salt, pepper
Chili pepper
Directions
Put all the ingredients in the instant pot
Put the instant pot in mode quick cooking for 15min
