Potatoes with Strasbourg sausages in a hot dog style

This is a recipe that kids will love. Indeed, the potatoes will be pierced through lenghtwise before being stuff with a sausage like a hot dog.

 8 potatoes
 8 Strasbourg sausages
 1 onion, minced
 100 ml white wine
 2 cups of water
 1 chicken bouillon
 1 tbsp veal stock
 A little flour

Peel the potatoes

Using an apple core, pierce the potatoes lengthwise

Put one sausage in each potato

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the onion

Add white wine, water, poultry cube, veal stock and then potatoes

Put the instant pot in pressure mode 12min

At the end of cooking, thicken the sauce with a little flour in mode browning
