1 small amount of butter

2 poultry meat rolls

8 small potatoes in quarters

2 carrots in rings

1 onion, minced

4 shallots, minced

A bouquet garnished

Salt, pepper

1 cup water

½ cup wine

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the poultry meat rolls in butter

Salt, pepper

Remove the meat rolls and set aside

Without cleaning the vat, brown the onion and shallots

Put the meat rolls back

Add the bouquet garnished, potatoes, carrots, water, and white wine
