Ingredients
160 g raw precooked wheat
1 zucchini in cubes
2 peppers in cubes
150 g diced ham and degreased
1 cube poultry broth
100 g grated lean gruyere
1 tsp . light butter
500 ml boiling water
Directions
Put all the ingredients in the tank except the ham and cheese
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 15min
When the cooking is finished mix the preparation with the ham
Put in a dish suitable for the oven
Sprinkle with cheese
Put in the oven 210°c 10min
