Puddings are always popular desserts. They can be made in many flavors and with fruits or not. In the following recipe, pudding is made with apricots and almonds.
In a separate bowl
Mix the egg, crumbled financiers, almond powder, milk, and apricots
Pour the mixture into a pan wrapped with cooking paper and covered with a special cooking film
Place it in the bowl
Add 40 cl of water
Start cooking under pressure for 30 minutes
Keep it cold for 8 hours
Take it out of the pan
Decorate with flaked almonds
