Pudding with ginger and coco

Here is an exotic recipe of a pudding. In that case, ginger and coconut milk will be used. It's a good alternative and you will have a dessert with an Asian flavor.

Ingredients

 75 g powdered sugar
 1 tsp lime juice
 60 g egg
 80 g soft butter
 105 g flour with yeast incorporated
 75 g brown sugar
 ½ tbsp candied ginger
 80 ml coconut milk
 1 tbsp ground ginger
 Whipped cream (optional)

Directions

Beat the butter and brown sugar, then the egg

Add the flour, ginger and coconut milk

Set aside the dough

Put the powdered sugar, the same amount of water and lemon juice in the bowl

Bring to a boil (in mode browning)

After 5 minutes, remove the syrup

Fill 2/3 of the glasses with the dough

Cover with special cooking film and place them in the steam basket

Pour 25 cl of water into the tank

Start cooking under pressure for 12 minutes
