800 g pumpkin flesh cut into pieces
200 g potatoes
1 onion chopped
30 g butter
Salt and pepper
450 ml poultry broth
Thick cream
1 tbsp of chopped fresh chives
Directions
Set the instant pot to mode browning
Brown the onion in the butter during the preheating
Add the pumpkin, potatoes, and poultry broth
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 15 min
At the end of the cooking, mix with the chives and fresh cream
