This is a dish for the holidays. The chestnut and cream are going to enhance a lot that dish of quails. This is good to be delicious and everybody is going to really enjoy it.

Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the quails in a little oil (you will have to do it in several times)
Set them aside
Brown the onions and bacon
Add the quails
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking for 15 minutes
Remove the quails, leaving the rest in the tank
Switch the instant pot in mode browning
Add chestnuts, mushrooms, and cream to the sauce
Reduce by stirring regularly
Serve in a hollow plate
