Quails with goose liver

This is a rich and fancy dish with stuff quails in a spicy wine sauce. It will take a little time to prepare but the result is likely going to be worth it. Your guest will really enjoy that recipe

Ingredients

 4 quails
 120 g goose liver
 250 g black plums
 150 g bacon cubes
 2 sliced onions
 1 untreated orange peeled and sliced
 150 ml white wine
 10 g butter
 2 tbsp Peanut oil
 1 sprig of thyme
 1 sprig of bay leaf
 1 sprig of celery
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Make the black plumps swell in white wine

Divide the goose liver into 4 parts

Salt, pepper the inside of the quails

Put the liver in the quails and close with a toothpick

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the quails in oil and butter

Take the quails out of the bowl and set aside

Brown the bacon, onion, celery, orange, thyme, and bay leaf

Add the wine and plumps

Put the instant pot in cooking pressure mode 10min
