You are in a hurry and don’t have time to prepare some fresh ingredients? No problem, take some frozen one and make that sturdy dish of chili on a cold winter day.

Quick chili con carne

Ingredients

 3 frozen chopped steaks
 1 large handful of frozen peppers in strips
 1 handful of frozen onions
 1 medium can of red beans
 1 medium can of peeled whole tomatoes
 2 tbsp whole corn in a can
 1 tbsp frozen garlic
 A little oil
 1 tbsp chili spices or Spanish spices
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Put the olive oil, onion, garlic, and peppers at the beginning of the preheating

Let thaw

Add the meat

Let it in brown mode until the meat is thawed

With a spatula chop it

Put the beans, tomato, corn and spices Salt, pepper

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 4min (do not put water because there is enough water with the frozen ones)

At the end of cooking, switch the instant pot in mode browning to evaporate a little liquid (about 6 min)

Serve with white rice
