 1 cube of vegetable stock diluted in 500ml of water
 1 bunch of sliced carrots
 1 minced onion
 200 g of quinoa

Directions

Put all the ingredients in the instant pot with the fish on top

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 13min
