Quinoa with turkey and mushrooms

Here is a healthy substitute for grains. It's called quinoa and it's delicious. It will accompany well meat or it can be mixed up with other ingredients as it is in the following recipe.

Quinoa with turkey and mushrooms

Ingredients

 2 small onions
 1 tbsp olive oil
 300 g turkey fillet cut into cubes
 250 g button mushrooms minced
 240 g quinoa with vegetables
 500 ml poultry broth
 200 ml fresh cream
 A little chives

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the turkey pieces 4 min

Add the chopped onions 1 to 2 min

Add then the mushrooms 2 to 3 min

Stop the mode browning

Add the quinoa, the chicken broth

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 5 min

At the end of the cooking add the fresh cream and mix

Keep warm 2 min

Sprinkle with chopped chives just before serving
