4 rabbit legs
2 tbsp olive oil
6 carrots in rings
3 sliced onions
3 tbsp cognac
125 ml dry white wine
4 tbsp fresh cream 15%
2 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp thyme
1 dash of balsamic vinegar

Directions
