This is a good stew rabbit with a South touch. Some olives, ginger, and garlic will confer plenty of flavors to the dish. Your family will be delighted by that delicious dish

Ingredients

 1 rabbit cut
 4 potatoes cut into 4
 4 carrots into rings
 1 onion, minced
 1 tray of smoked bacon
 1 small jar of pitted green olives
 2 tbsp spice mixture (crushed garlic, ginger powder, turmeric and a little mustard)
  Salt
 Olive oil
 2 tbsp cornstarch diluted in a little cold water
 250 ml water

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion and bacon in a little oil

Add the rabbit

Brown the rabbit on all sides

Add the carrots and potatoes

Add the water and the spice mixture

Add the drained olives

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 15min

At the end of the cooking time, add the cornstarch
