If you like rabbits, that recipe is for you. In the following preparation, rabbit stew will be mixed up with chickpeas and many spices. The dish will be well flavored.

Ingredients

 1 rabbit cut into pieces
 1 dose of saffron
 1 tbsp ginger
 1 tbsp sweet pimento
  Salt, pepper
 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
 1 onion, minced
 400 g of canned chickpeas
 6 tbsp chopped coriander
 Mixture of olive oil and sunflower oil
 1 tsp cumin

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the rabbit, garlic, onion, and spices

Cover with water

Add the chickpeas and coriander

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10min

At the end of cooking, remove the meat

Switch the instant pot back to brown mode to reduce the sauce
