Sometimes, the rabbit thighs are served with fruits. In that case, you use some plums after roasting the rabbit thighs. It will confer a different taste to that dish.

 100 g bacon
 1 minced onion
 100 g mushrooms
 200 g white wine
 200 ml veal stock
 250 g plums

Directions

Brown the rabbit with the bacon and onions for 10min

Add the mushrooms, veal stock, and white wine

Salt, pepper

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 7min

Add the plums

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 3min
