 3 pieces of rabbit
 300 ml dark beer
 200 ml liquid cream
 100 g pitted plums
 25 g raisins
 100 g bacon
 1 onion
 2 bay leaves
 6 slices of crumbled gingerbread
  Olive oil
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the rabbit in the oil

Remove it and set aside

Fry the bacon and onions

Put the rabbit and all the other ingredients back

Put the instant pot in quick cooking mode 10min
