Red cabbage is very popular with wild meat. You can also eat it raw on good slaw salad. In that dish, you simply mix it up spices and onions. You can serve it alone or with some meat.

Ingredients

 1 red cabbage
 2 onions
 2 cloves of garlic
 3 tbsp brown sugar
 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 2 apples golden
 Thyme
 Bay leaf
 Oil
 10 g butter
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Wash, slice cabbage, onions, and garlic

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Melt the onions in butter and oil

Add the cabbage

Salt

Add thyme, bay leaf, vinegar, and brown sugar

Add 200ml of water

Put the instant pot in quick cooking mode 20min

At the end of cooking add the apples

Put the instant pot back in quick cooking 5min
