This is another healthy recipe of red mullets. It consists of fish, whatever green vegetables are available in your kitchen and some saffron. It will be a good dish.

 1 tbsp fish stock
 1 scoop saffron in 100ml water
  Red mullet
 Oil
 Salt, pepper
 1 shallot, minced
 300 ml cream
 Broccoli or other green vegetables

Set the instant pot to browning mode

Brown the shallot in a little oil

Add the fish stock

Add the water with the saffron

Salt, pepper

Brown 2min

Add the red mullets, vegetables

Switch the instant pot to pressure mode 3min
