This is a real seafood dish in an Asian fashion. Seafood and salmon will be mixed up with rice in a delicious curry sauce made of coconut milk. It does sound absolutely great.

 2 leeks, minced
 100 g basmati rice
 500 g frozen seafood
 2 frozen salmon steaks
 200 ml coconut milk
 2 tbsp curry
 200 ml lemon broth
 Pepper

Put all ingredients in the tank

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 7min

At the end of cooking, stir well to crumble the salmon
