 200 g long rice
 300 ml poultry broth
 2 minced onions
 3 handfuls of frozen peppers
 1 handful of frozen peas
 1 dose of saffron
 1 tbsp turmeric
 1 tbsp sweet paprika
 1 bouillon cube
 6 merguez cut into half

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onions 2min

Add the peppers and peas

Add the spices and rice

Add the broth and cube

Put the merguez on top

Cook under pressure 10min
