This is a nice and simple combination for a quick meal. You take rice and combine it with a few vegetables and some mussels. The addition of cream and saffron will make the dish moist and tasteful.

 300 g basmati rice
 300 g mussels
 500 ml veal stock
 100 g carrot in rings
 1 onion, minced
 50 g leek, minced
 1 Safran
 150 ml liquid cream
 Salt, pepper
