Rice with zucchinis, ham, and cream

How about that good combination of rice and zucchinis? After being cooked, cheese and cream will cover the dish and put for browning in the oven. The result should be delicious.

Rice with zucchinis, ham, and cream

Ingredients

 500 g white rice
 6 zucchinis in slices
 5 slices of ham in pieces
 1 package of grated gruyere cheese
 3 tsp of veal stock
 400 ml of water
 1 small jar of thick cream

Directions

Cook the rice using the ingredient mode of your instant pot

Once cooked, take out the rice and wash the bowl

Switch the instant pot to browning mode

Fry the zucchinis 3min

Switch off the browning mode

Add the water and veal stock

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 5min

Add the cream

Put it back in browning mode

During the preheating time, add the ham and rice

Mix

Add half of the package of cheese

Stop the browning mode (even if it is in preheating) when the cheese is melted

Put the preparation in a dish suitable for the oven

Put the rest of the cheese on top

Brown in the oven
