This is a recipe of potatoes from Rioja, a region from Spain. Different versions are available. Here is one of them where you mix the potatoes with sausages and tomatoes.
Ingredients
350 g potatoes, coarsely chopped
1 onion, sliced
Chorizo in rings (adapt the quantity to your taste)
200 g tomato sauce
300 ml water
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the onion and chorizo 3min
Add all the ingredients
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10min
