Here is a recipe in the Mediterranean style. The rice will be mixed up with olives, anchovies, and capers. It's going to be an interesting combination and surely delicious.

Ingredients

 200 g green olives in small pieces
 100 g black olives in small pieces
 200 g arborio rice
 1 red onion chopped
 600 ml broth
 100 ml dry white wine
 20 g capers
 40 g anchovies in small pieces
 ½ bunch basil
 1 lemon juice

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion and rice

Wait until the rice is translucent

Add all the other ingredients

Cook under pressure for 15 minutes
