Do you have rice and chard? You could combine them into a risotto. IN the following recipe, rice will be mixed up with chard before being cooked in a tasty bouillon.
Ingredients
250 g finely sliced chard leaves
1 chopped onion
250 ml of white wine
180 g rice for risotto
Olive oil
Salt, pepper
1 l vegetable stock
1 bouillon cube
2 tbsp fresh cream
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
In a little oil, brown the onion
Add the rice
Fry until it is translucent
Add the white wine
Mix until it is absorbed
Add the chard, broth and cube
Pass the instant pot in pressure cooking 15min
Add the cream
