This is a good old fashion chicken, curry and rice combination. It's easy, quick and usually appreciated by everybody, kids included. A good dish for the family.

Risotto with chicken and curry

 250 g arborio rice
 250 g chicken cut
 1 onion
 600 ml chicken broth
 2 tbsp curry
 2 tbsp thick fresh cream
  Salt
 Pepper
 Parmesan grated

Put olive oil in the instant pot in mode browning

Add chopped onion, chicken, curry and cook for 5 minutes

Add the rice until it becomes translucent.

Add the chicken broth, salt, and pepper.

Put in pressure cooking mode for 15 minutes

At the end of cooking add the cream and parmesan cheese
