Here, we have another version of rice with chorizo. The rice is first fried until translucent before the sausage is added. Some spices and herbs will enhance the dish.

Ingredients

 200 g arborio rice
  chorizo diced
 1 shallot minced
 30 g butter
 120 ml white wine
 600 ml water
 1 tbsp chicken broth powder
 Pepper and salt

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the chopped shallot in butter

Add the chorizo, then the rice

Let the rice absorb the fat and become translucent (about 5 minutes)

Then add the white wine

When it is completely absorbed add the water

The poultry broth

Salt and pepper

Switch the instant pot to underpressure or quick cooking mode 12 minutes
