Risotto with coco and zucchini

What is going to make that dish different is the coconut milk and the spices, curry, and pimento! It could be more or less hot depending on your taste.

Ingredients

 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 minced onion
 2 crushed cloves of garlic
 110 g of arborio rice
 1 zucchini in cubes
 120 ml of poultry broth
 200 ml of coconut milk
 Mixture of curry and pimento
  Salt, pepper
 2 tbsp of malted yeast

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion and garlic in the oil

Add the zucchini

Fry 2/3 min

Add the rice, broth and coconut milk

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 9min

At the end of cooking, add the spices and yeast
