In a bird, heart and liver are good to eat. In the following recipe, the risotto will be mixed up with duck heart. A few other ingredients added to the dish will make it delicious.
Ingredients
800 g duck hearts
2 onions, minced
½ package of wild mushrooms
150 g rice for risotto
½ chorizo in rings
500 ml veal stock
100 ml white wine
Salt, pepper
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the hearts and onions
Add all the other ingredients
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15min
