This risotto will have the color and smell of summer. Pick some fresh pepper, zucchini, and tomato to mix with the rice. The dish will be full of good flavors.
Ingredients
100 g rice
250 ml water
2 tbsp veal stock
1 zucchinisliced
1 pepper sliced
1 tomato diced
1 onion sliced
1 goat cheese log
1 handful grated gruyere
Salt, pepper
Directions
Put all ingredients in the instant pot except the cheeses
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10min
At the end of cooking, add the cheeses
Keep warm until they are melted
