How about risotto with an Asian touch? In that recipe, the rice will be mixed up with chicken and coconut milk. Nice spices like green curry will give a real good taste to the dish.
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
2 tsp green curry
200 g rice for risotto
300 ml water + 1 cube bouillon
200 ml coconut milk
Onion and peppers (I took frozen onions and mixed 3 frozen peppers)
Directions
In mode browning, slice the onion and put it with the peppers to fry before setting aside
Fry the chicken breasts cut into pieces and green curry
Add the rice, mix
Add the broth and coconut milk
Put under pressure 10mn
Serve with a little fresh coriander to taste
