Risotto doesn't have to be complicated to be good. In the following recipe, the rice will be simply mixed up with leeks. The cream will be added at the end of cooking to enhance the dish.
Ingredients
1 chopped onion
1 minced leek
250 ml arborio rice
750 ml vegetable stock
cream
Pepper
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the onion and leek 4 min
Add the rice
Add the pepper
Fry 3min
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15min
At the end of the cooking time add the cream
