Pumpkin is a fabulous vegetable. You can prepare all kinds of dishes and then, you can use the out layer to make a lantern ou you could serve soup in it. It really has multifunction.
Ingredients
200 g rice
300 g pumpkin cut into cubes
100 ml white wine
500 ml water
1 cube poultry bouillon
1 sprig rosemary
1 onion, minced
1 dash olive oil
Parmesan
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the onion in oil
Add the rice
Fry until it is translucent
Deglaze with white wine
Add the pumpkin
Add the water, cube, and rosemary
Pass the instant pot in pressure cooking 10min
Serve sprinkled with parmesan
