This is a recipe with Italian ingredients. The rice will be mixed up with Italian cabbage before being cooked in a nice bouillon. The dish will be sprinkled with Italian hard cheese that will enhance the taste.
Ingredients
250 g arborio rice
½ Romanesco cabbage tops
15 g butter
100 g green olives
2 vegetable bouillon cubes
60 g pecorino
350 ml water
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the cabbage 3min in the butter
Add all the ingredients except the cheese
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 10min
At the end of cooking, add the cheese
