 150 g risotto rice
 5 Strasbourg sausages in slices
 200 g bacon cubes
 2 zucchinis in cubes
 4 carrots in slices
 Salt, pepper
 2 shallots minced
 450 ml poultry broth
 200 ml liquid cream
 ½ log goat cheese in cubes

Directions

Set the instant pot to mode browning

Brown the sausages and bacon during preheating

Add all the other ingredients (except cream and goat cheese)

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 15min

After cooking, add cheese and cream

Switch to pressure cooking mode until cheese is melted
