This is going to be risotto in a festive style. The preparation called for rice mixed up with smoked salmon. It will give a really great taste to the dish of rice.
Ingredients
250 g arborio rice
1 small onion cut into small pieces
150 g smoked salmon in strips
750 ml vegetable broth
Parmesan
Pepper
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the onion in a little oil
Add the rice
Fry for 3 minutes more
Pour in the broth
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15 minutes
At the end of the cooking add the Parmesan
Mix for 2 minutes
Add the salmon
