Do you like sausages and rice? If it's the case you could try that simple recipe combining rice and sausages cooked with white wine. The addition of cream and mustard will make the dish perfect.

Risotto with Strasbourg sausages, mustard and white wine

Ingredients

 1 large onion, minced
 4 sausages cut into 4
 Butter
 180 g of basmati rice (cooked 11min)
 100 ml white wine
 2 tbsp mustard
 800 ml vegetable broth
 3 tbsp fresh cream

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion in the butter

Add the rice

Fry the rice for a few minutes

Add the white wine, sausages, and mustard

Pour the broth

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 8min

At the end of the cooking, add the fresh cream
