Here is a quick and simple preparation to share with your weight watcher friend. It consists of rice mixed up with peas and green beans. Some turkey will accompany the vegetables and rice.

Risotto with turkey, 2 vegetables and mustard

Ingredients

 120 g rice
 2 small handful of peas
 1 handful of green bean cut into 3
 1 shallot, minced
 2 turkey breasts in strips
 1 chicken bouillon cube
 Water
 1 tbsp mustard

Directions

In the instant pot tank, put all the ingredients except the mustard

Cover with water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 6min

At the end of cooking, switch the instant pot to mode browning

Add the mustard

Leave it in mode browning and stir until all the liquid has evaporated
