Risotto with white sausages and wild mushrooms

Some risotto mixture is strange but would be interesting to prepare for a change. The following recipe could fall in that category. White sausages with wild mushrooms will be mixed up with rice.

Risotto with white sausages and wild mushrooms

Ingredients

 3 white sausages
 125 g arborio rice
 325 ml water with 1 bouillon cube
 ½ cup white wine
 100 g forest mushroom mixture
 1 onion chopped
 Parsley
  Parmesan
 1 drizzle of cream
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Remove the skin from the sausages and cut them into small pieces

Brown the onion, and sausages in oil 3min

Add the mushrooms, parsley, salt, and pepper

Fry a little

Add the rice

Brown for 3min

Add the broth and the wine

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 15min

At the end of the cooking add the parmesan cheese and a little cream
