Herbs will enhance nicely a dish. Some of them have a really pungent smell and are great in preparation. In the following recipe, thyme will be added to the rice.
Ingredients
1 chopped onion
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 large zucchini into small cubes
50 ml white wine
110 g arborio rice
250 ml water
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp thick fresh cream
2 tbsp parmesan
Salt, pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the onion and garlic in a little oil
Add the zucchini
Fry for a few minutes
Deglaze with white wine
Sprinkle with thyme
Salt, pepper
Add rice
Add water
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 9min
At the end of cooking, add the cream and parmesan
