 500 g frozen beans
 500 g carrots in rings
 1 minced onion
 250 g Mascarpone
 200 ml poultry broth
 Olive oil
 Thyme
 Bay leaf
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Fry the roast and onion in oil

Put the broth in the tank, thyme, bay leaf, salt, and pepper

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15min

At the end of cooking, turn the roast over and add the beans and carrots

Return to quick cooking 15min

At the end of cooking add the Mascarpone
